A large fixing dial at the adapter helps for easy installation and removal. The built-in hook plate prevents accidental removal of the adapter. The rubber sheet on the back of the hook plate further enhances secure installation without rattle.
In combination with the Z joint you can even place a strobe at the cold shoe.
