In the AUTO mode the strobe automatically adjusts the brightness for optimal image exposure. Variable power adjustment allows the user to manually fine-tune the flash brightness for desired effect and image exposure. The Auto Learn Mode easily syncs pre-flash with any digital camera. The effective underwater distange range is up to 8f (2.5m). With 4 AA batteries in the waterproof battery compartment you can make approximately 150 flashes at full brightness. 

The strobe head can be used with the Sealife Flex-Connect trays, grip and flex-arms. The strobe has a quick-release button to detach flash and aim in crevices and hard to reach areas.
